more like a west coast thing lol. we have a million different words for the volume of rain coming down.
hahaha i suppose that makes sense. especially up there, i would imagine you would lol.
see, we would probably call it rain in THAT context (the one about biking, oops for anyone else eavesdropping), because a hard mist is pretty rainy. just don’t bring up umbrellas, there’s no excuse for those. if it’s raining hard enough for an umbrella, then it’s likely also windy and they wouldn’t work anyway. hah.
